 KWLS: AN IN-DEPTH LOOK
Join Austin Lancaster from KWRI Support, on today's KW Technology Community Webinar. Austin will share his comprehensive knowledge of the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS), dispelling myths and filling in gaps of understanding about how this system work. Topics include the life of a KWLS listing, syndication flow, List Hub enabled Market Centers, and best practices. If you ever had questions or misunderstandings about the KWLS, this is the session for you!

 KW WEBSITES: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Did you know that associates must have a @kw.com email address in order to receive their new KW Website? Did you know that agents' MLS IDs must be entered in their White Pages profiles in order for them to receive their new site? Join today's KW Technology Community Webinar for what you need to know about launching KW Websites.

KWLS Training Resources on KWUConnect

Happy Friday and Happy Earth Day, KW Technology community members! Here's a look at just a few items that will be discussed on today's KW Tech Community webinar. 

KWLS TRAINING RESOURCES ON KWUCONNECT
We've received a large number of questions lately about your listings and the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS), so we created a new KWLS resource page on KWUConnect. This page includes links to the most commonly requested resources, including: 
  • Link to access your listings in KWLS
  • Introductory video explaining what KWLS does for you
  • Video tutorial on how to get set up with KWLS
  • Video explaining how listings flow through KWLS
  • Help document (in process of being updated)
  • Link to all FAQs (new FAQs added this week!)
Please take a moment to visit this resource page and tell us what you think by leaving a review. We'd love to know what other resources you'd like to see. 

 Remember that KWUConnect is a community resource! Share any of your own KWLS resources by uploading them to KWUConnect. 

SSO FOR KWUCONNECT NOW ENABLED
Access KWUConnect easier than ever! The KW Technology team has added this tool to the new Single Sign On (SSO) login, allowing you to login with your myKW username and myKW password. When you log into your myKW intranet (mykw.kw.com) you will be able to automatically access KWUConnect. You can also log in directly to KWUConnect with your myKW username and myKW password.

Join Mike Silkett, KW Technology Product Portfolio Manager, Communication, Collaboration and Communities, on today's KW Technology Community Webinar. Mike will discuss the technology benefits of SSO, how it works, and how to provide a secure and seamless experience for associates in your Market Center.

 TIP FROM THE KW TECHNOLOGY COMMUNITY: CHROME REMOTE DESKTOP
We have another special guest on today's webinar - Robert Greenstreet, Technology Coordinator for Keller Williams Realty Gulf Coast. Robert will share how he's implemented Chrome Remote Desktop to streamline front desk operations in his Market Center.

Why Go Google With Your @KW.Com Email

Happy Friday, KW Technology community members! Here's a look at just a few items that will be discussed on today's KW Tech Community webinar. 

 GO GET YOUR @KW.COM ACCOUNT POWERED BY GOOGLE
You most likely already know that you get an @KW.com account powered by Google with 30GB of cloud storage but there is so much more! On today's KW Technology Community Webinar we'll welcome Tom Doughty, KWRI Product Manager for Communication, Collaboration, Communities and all things Google. He'll share with you what's available now and in the future with your @KW.com account powered by Google. Tom will also speak to the protection that Google provides against phishing and other cyber scams. You'll learn how to enable Google 2-Step Verification, the next step of email security.

KW WEBSITE ROLL OUT BEGINS NEXT WEEK
Next week, we'll begin the multi-phased rollout (based on MLS), of KW Websites. View the full schedule here.

 For those of you who are Early Adopters and already have your KW Websites in place, there is a change in how you access your website from myKW. As of today, you'll go to myKW.kw.com > Technology > KW Websites. This page has everything associates need regarding their KW Websites including:
  • List of KW Website features and benefits (Product Information)
  • Links to training resources
  • Link to rollout schedule
  • Link to access your own personal KW Website (unique to each associate and tied to their myKW login)
  • Information about eAgentC (legacy) websites

KW Website Rollout Schedule Now Available

Happy Friday, KW Technology community members! Even though today is April 1, we promise there are no jokes in this week's update (sorry to disappoint)! Here's a look at just a few items that will be discussed on today's KW Tech Community webinar. 

KW WEBSITE ROLLOUT SCHEDULE NOW AVAILABLE
The most frequent of our frequently asked questions regarding the KW Websites is "When will my website be available?" We're pleased to share with you the schedule for this multi-phased rollout (based on MLS), which is targeted to begin the week of April 11 and continue through July. View the full schedule here.

CONNECT WITH PLACESTER ON TODAY'S WEBINAR
Today, we're excited to have Courteney McDonnell, Placester's Customer Success Coach, join today's KW Technology Community webinar. She'll explain Placester's mission and provide an overview of the partnership with Keller Williams Realty. She'll also talk about specific support resources for Keller Williams associates and how YOU, our MC Techs and KW Technology Ambassadors, will be equipped and empowered with the facts and success stories you need to serve as the first stop of training and support for your agents.

You'll notice new features in eEdge - below are two of the updates we think you'll enjoy:
  • Limit Saved Listing Reminders: Because a new reminder EVERY time a contact saves a new listing can be a bit much, we’ve consolidated them into one reminder per contact per day, thus removing reminder clutter and streamlining your view of prospects who are returning and saving homes.
  • 50+ New Images Available for Landscape Website Theme: Looking for the perfect cityscape or neighborhood imagery to represent your market and stand out from the competition? Select the “Landscape” layout located in the Theme area of your Website Admin page and you’ll be able to browse the new banner images by clicking on "Site Images."
