KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YOUR SPHERE INDEFINITELY
You asked for it, you got it! Now you can stay top-of-mind with your entire database indefinitely—or as long as you want—by connecting campaigns together. When one campaign ends, contacts on that campaign will automatically go onto the next campaign. 

 To connect campaigns, simply go to the “Review and Activate” step of any campaign and choose the next campaign from the drop-down menu. Join today's KW Technology Community webinar for a demonstration.

 Don’t underestimate the power of automated marketing campaigns to keep in touch with your entire sphere—even if they aren’t currently looking to buy or sell. You never know when circumstances may change or when they’ll have a referral.

VIEWING LISTINGS IN eEDGE HAS IMPROVED!
Searching for properties in the Map View of your eEdge "Search All Listings" screen is a better experience. Now, prices are included on the icons that indicate properties on the map. Also, visitors to your eEdge website will see prices on the property icons when viewing listings in Map View.

    LAUNCH YOUR KW WEBSITE WITH EASE
    Join Paul Polansky from KWRI Support on today's KW Technology Community Webinar. Paul will explain steps you can take to make the launching and maintenance of your new KW Website easier. He'll also discuss some of the biggest issues the Support team is seeing, and solutions that you can pass on to your agents.

     WORKSHOP SUCCESS: GETTING STARTED WITH KW WEBSITES
    We'll have another guest on today's webinar - Gail Sardegna, long-time KW Technology Ambassador in Tampa, Florida. Gail will share her experience using the KW Websites: Getting Started workshop in her Market Center. This workshop is a "class-in-a-box" you can use to help a group of agents set up, customize, and launch their websites in 3 hours.
    eEDGE UPDATES
    Your eEdge Dashboard underwent a bit more spring cleaning:

    • Email and Reminder Icons: You many have noticed your "Emails & Reminders" tab has disappeared. Have no fear, you can access Emails and Reminders by clicking on the icons at the top of your dashboard.
    • New Listings Tab: Manage Listings and Search MLS have been combined into a single "Listings" tab.

      Second Phase of KW Websites Has Launched

      Happy Friday, KW Technology community members! Here's a look at just a few items that will be discussed on today's KW Tech Community webinar, which begins in less than one hour!

       SECOND PHASE OF KW WEBSITES HAS LAUNCHED
      Agents in the second group of MLS' as listed on the KW Website Rollout Schedule have received their websites! This means agents in the first and second groups can access their new website and get it ready to launch today. 

       If agents find that they don't have a button to access their website on the KW Websites page, and their MLS has gone live, it could be for one of two reasons:
      1. Their MLS ID is missing from their White Pages profile.
      2. They haven't set up their @kw.com email account yet.
      To get their site, agents need to get those things taken care of and then they will be included in the next group's release.

       PRODUCTIVITY APPS THAT HELP YOU FOCUS ON YOUR ONE THING
      Our Training and Implementation Team uses a Trello board to keep our sanity while managing the various projects that come our way. If you're not familiar with Trello, it's a collaboration tool that organizes your projects into boards. In one glance, Trello tells you what's being worked on, who's working on what, and where something is in a process.

       We subscribe to Trello's blog which, this week, included a testimonial to The One Thing. On today's webinar, we'll share Trello's recommendations for utilizing boards, lists, and other apps to stay laser-focused on your One Thing.
