Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!

Thanks to all of you who participated in last Friday’s Ambassador webinar. Here’s a recap of the discussion items:

1. Several of you asked, "Why do emails from KW.com addresses that are sent to other KW.com address go into Spam?" Our systems admins are aware of the problem and are preparing to take steps to mitigate this for our associates with KW Google Apps for Business accounts. Until then view the webinar slides for two ways to resolve this.
2. As a Market Leader Champion, you play a crucial role in helping your colleagues succeed with Pro and Business Suite. Plus you enjoy a variety of exclusive benefits, including Market Leader Pro free through July 31, 2014. If you’re currently a Champion, you’ll be invited by Market Leader to renew your status by completing the certification quiz. Keep an eye on your inbox for this invitation.
3. Many of you have expressed the need for access to parts of the KW Technology system that are only available to leadership. In order to find the best solution, we would like you to tell us specific what parts of the system you would like to access and why. If you haven't already, please comment and/or +1 existing comments on this Google+ post.

• Q: Is there any new information on the Team Tool solution to be released by KW?A: We will have an update at Mega Camp 2014 on the Team Tool. Stay tuned!

• Q: Will there be a webinar on the new neighborhoods tool talked about a few weeks ago?A: Yes, we will cover that topic on a webinar in July.

• Q: Will the single email template come back to myMarketing with the system upgrade?A: We are working closely with our software partner to bring back the ability to send text-based emails and insert mail merge fields in emails as soon as possible. 

• Q: Will the ability to purchase or upload mailing lists come back to myMarketing with the system upgrade?A: Yes, that feature is planned to be added back to the system as soon as possible, after the upgrade is completed.

KW Technology Ambassador Update | June 10, 2014

Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!

Thanks to all of you who participated in last Friday’s Ambassador webinar. Here’s a recap of the agenda:

1.      myTransactions update—the compliance process is about to get a lot easier with some enhancements coming soon to Broker Dashboard.

2.      KW Technology Training Team on Google+--we’ve been posting these weekly updates, sharing helpful articles and asking questions to start discussions. Let us know what else you would like to see and tell us how you’re using Google+.

3.      Mega Tech 2014 is in the planning stages. Soon we’ll announce the date and time of the KW Technology Ambassador and MC Tech Coordinator session. Join the discussion on Google+ and tell us what you’d like to see discussed on stage!

We also have answers to two questions asked on the webinar:

Q: Do we know when we will be able to have more than one mobile app for agents in more than one Market Center? I am getting a lot of questions about this with the Mega Agent Expansion program being pushed.

A: We are discussing options for adding this with our app developers, and there is timeframe yet. We are aware of the Mega Agent Expansion program and the implications for agent teams that will span several Market Centers.

Q: I haven't seen any updates or information on updates for the mobile app in a while.  We DESPERATELY need to get the Open House button working and make some basic upgrades that we've talked about already in the past.

A: The next update we are working on is for “Servicing Areas” in the app to be customizable by each agent. The Open House button is on our short list of updates, near the top.
