Thanks to all of you who participated in last Friday’s Ambassador webinar. Here’s a recap of the agenda:

1. eEdge Mailing Lists are on hold in preparation for the new eEdge myMarketing, coming soon. Read more.
2. Try using Google Hangouts for training agents who are unable to attend classes held in your Market Center. Watch this video on Google Hangouts for Virtual Team Meetings.

• Q: Is there any new information on the Team Tool solution to be released by KW?A: We will have an update at Mega Camp 2014 on the Team Tool. Stay tuned!

• Q: Will there be a webinar on the new neighborhoods tool talked about a few weeks ago?A: Yes, we will cover that topic on a webinar in July.

• Q: Will the single email template come back to myMarketing with the system upgrade?A: We are working closely with our software partner to bring back the ability to send text-based emails and insert mail merge fields in emails as soon as possible. 

• Q: Will the ability to purchase or upload mailing lists come back to myMarketing with the system upgrade?A: Yes, that feature is planned to be added back to the system as soon as possible, after the upgrade is completed.
