Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!
We hope you've had a great week so far. It's been a busy one for us and we're excited to bring you this week's updates:
Special Webinar TODAY: "Your Listings--What You Need to Know Now"
Cary Sylvester Adrian Freeberg |
Special guest on this week's Ambassador webinar
Michael Tritthart |
Last week, we told you about the new and enhanced features scheduled to launch in eEdge on March 25. They have indeed launched, and are summarized below.
NEW FEATURES
- New Marketing Center editor - Your new editor is sleek and easy to use with faster load and save times. The updated look and feel and the move away from the Silverlight platform makes it easier to access your formatting tools and navigate the image library. Plus, you will now be able to upload multiple images at once! The new editor is currently available on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari browsers. Note: The ability to add a map to marketing pieces is temporarily unavailable and will return in the coming weeks.
- Facebook sign-in on your website - Users can now register and sign in on your eEdge website using their Facebook accounts. This makes it easy for your leads and clients to access the listings and data on your site. Plus, you'll see their Facebook profile photo when you view their contact summary page in eEdge.
- Quick Contact Google search - Every contact now has a Google icon when displayed on your Dashboard and Contacts views in eEdge. Click the icon to initiate a quick and easy Google search on that contact’s first and last name.
- Initial Contact Wizard (ICW) improvements - We have simplified all ICW communications into one, editable, response-generating template to help you more effectively connect for the first time with your new leads.
- Expanded Contact Data in Exports - More of your contacts' information is included when you export their records from eEdge - nickname/salutation, contact type and subtype, secondary contact details, birthday, anniversary, referral info, company, buyer request data, comments, mailing address, and address titles.
- Fixed! “Publish to web” includes active links - The “Publish to web” feature of your Market Center had a glitch where links were not active on the page when it was created. With this fix, all links for new content are now clickable.
Please share your feedback on these new and enhanced features in the KW Technology community, via your Market Center's Intranet. If you cannot access the KW Technology community, contact us at ambassadors@kw.com.
KW Technology Systems for Success: Get and Share Your Mobile App - Made for iPhone and Android phones and tablets, the Keller Williams Realty Real Estate Search app is a great way to keep you top of mind with your clients. 68% of home shoppers use mobile apps at some point during their real estate search. Make sure they are using YOUR app! This webinar will walk you through branding, downloading and sharing your mobile property search app with your clients.

Weekly Ambassador webinar postponed - In observance of Good Friday, we will not have an Ambassador webinar on Friday, April 3. We will resume on Friday, April 10.
We deeply appreciate all that you do in helping KW associates drive productivity through KW Technology!
Make it a great day,
Brenda Harralson and W. Cavin Weber
Can someone fix the Registration to the Weekly series such that the event can be added to any other calendar than Outlook? Need Google Cal or iCal additions. Thanks,
ReplyDeleteHi Ron, that is a popular request! We will continue to work closely with GoToWebinar (Citrix) who is our webinar solution provider to see if more calendar options could be added.
DeleteHow do we:

Hi Gail, you can try this out by logging into your own eEdge website as a lead, using your own Facebook account. There should be a button that gives you this option click you click "Sign In" on your eEdge website. See how that work.
