KW Technology Community
The KW Technology community, powered by BackAgent, is now open to all KW Technology Ambassadors and MC Tech Coordinators. Join your fellow KW technology trainers and support providers to ask for help and share ideas. All KW Technology webinars are advertised on this community’s calendar as well. Here's how to access it:

1. From the myKW.kw.com home page, access your Market Center Intranet.

2. Once in your Market Center Intranet, click the CHANGE link next to your profile photo.

3. When prompted to change your location, select KW Technology. 

WolfNet BackOffice and Customer Behavior Data

On last Friday’s webinar, we responded to your request for more training on using WolfNet’s BackOffice.  This feature tracks property search activity on your eAgentC website and mobile app, giving you more insight into what your customers are looking for—listings viewed, average price range, average bedrooms and bathrooms, top property types, top cities, last three searches run and much more. 
      > Download the slides and use them for training and support in your Market Center.


This Week’s Ambassador Webinar
Tomorrow we’ll respond to your requests for more eEdge training. We’ll cover:

• The sequence of events triggered by a new lead hitting your eEdge dashboard
• How to add your mobile download URL to your email marketing pieces

Time and date stamp on contact comments in eEdge

Thanks to all of you who joined our webinar last Friday and those who are participating in the NEW Ambassador Intranet Community! We have several conversations going in the new community about topics you are training on in your Market Center as well as what topics YOU want to learn more about. Please join in and make your voice heard.

• How to access the community – Log into your Market Center Intranet, powered by BackAgent, and click the CHANGE link next to your profile picture. Then, switch to the Technology Ambassadors location, as shown below.
  
• If you don't see the CHANGE link, ask a member of your Market Center’s leadership staff to ensure you’re listed as a KW Technology Ambassador via this process.
• For those of you who also have an MC Tech Coordinator role, we are looking into opening up a community for you as well. Stay tuned!

Contact Comments in eEdge: Effective today, a date and time stamp will be added to any new comments you enter in an eEdge contact record. 

To change or delete comments, click the Edit button on the contact detail screen, then make your changes.

Family Reunion special session for MC Techs and Ambassadors: If you’ll be joining us in Orlando this year, be sure to attend this breakout session on Monday, Feb 9, 5:00-6:15 PM, Room W205. No special registration is required beyond your Family Reunion registration.

If you won’t be at Family Reunion, we will share the content from this breakout session with the entire Ambassador community shortly after the event.

If your Market Center has designated you as an Ambassador in your Market Center’s Intranet, then you have access to this new community.

• How to access it – Log into your Market Center Intranet, powered by BackAgent, and click the CHANGE link next to your profile picture. Then, switch to the Technology Ambassadors location, as shown here.
• If you can’t access it, ask a member of your Market Center’s leadership staff to ensure you’re listed as a KW Technology Ambassador via this process.

Please take some time to explore the Ambassador community and start collaborating with your fellow Ambassadors. After you do, tell us what you think by commenting on Cavin’s welcome post from January 9.
