The KW Technology community, powered by BackAgent, is now open to all KW Technology Ambassadors and MC Tech Coordinators. Join your fellow KW technology trainers and support providers to ask for help and share ideas. All KW Technology webinars are advertised on this community’s calendar as well. Here's how to access it:

1. From the myKW.kw.com home page, access your Market Center Intranet.

2. Once in your Market Center Intranet, click the CHANGE link next to your profile photo.

3. When prompted to change your location, select KW Technology. 

WolfNet BackOffice and Customer Behavior Data

On last Friday’s webinar, we responded to your request for more training on using WolfNet’s BackOffice.  This feature tracks property search activity on your eAgentC website and mobile app, giving you more insight into what your customers are looking for—listings viewed, average price range, average bedrooms and bathrooms, top property types, top cities, last three searches run and much more. 
      > Download the slides and use them for training and support in your Market Center.
