Time and date stamp on contact comments in eEdge

Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!

Thanks to all of you who joined our webinar last Friday and those who are participating in the NEW Ambassador Intranet Community! We have several conversations going in the new community about topics you are training on in your Market Center as well as what topics YOU want to learn more about. Please join in and make your voice heard.

• How to access the community – Log into your Market Center Intranet, powered by BackAgent, and click the CHANGE link next to your profile picture. Then, switch to the Technology Ambassadors location, as shown below.
  
• If you don't see the CHANGE link, ask a member of your Market Center’s leadership staff to ensure you’re listed as a KW Technology Ambassador via this process.
• For those of you who also have an MC Tech Coordinator role, we are looking into opening up a community for you as well. Stay tuned!

Contact Comments in eEdge: Effective today, a date and time stamp will be added to any new comments you enter in an eEdge contact record. 

To change or delete comments, click the Edit button on the contact detail screen, then make your changes.

Family Reunion special session for MC Techs and Ambassadors: If you’ll be joining us in Orlando this year, be sure to attend this breakout session on Monday, Feb 9, 5:00-6:15 PM, Room W205. No special registration is required beyond your Family Reunion registration.

If you won’t be at Family Reunion, we will share the content from this breakout session with the entire Ambassador community shortly after the event.
