KW Technology Ambassador Update | July 28, 2014

Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!

Thanks to all of you who participated in last Friday’s Ambassador webinar, during which we explored the new eEdge myMarketing system that went live last Wednesday, July 23.

Many of you were eager to receive the webinar content for use in your Market Centers. You can now access the webinar recording on KWConnect.

If you would like to deliver a training class on the new system in your Market Center, you can download a slide deck to use in your Market Center here.

*** Log into Google with your @kw.com email address before clicking the above link to view the slides. ***

At this time, the development teams at KW and Market Leader are working furiously to address each of the issues that users are encountering within the new myMarketing system as quickly as possible.

Our top priorities are still to:

  1. Prevent multiple emails to contacts. We suspended outgoing email campaigns last Friday. We have left ON the functionality that allows you to communicate one-on-one with your clients within eEdge so that critical business can continue.
  2. Ensure edits you make to template images in your marketing collateral can be downloaded in PDF format, without reverting to the original images.
  3. Eliminate the “?” that is appearing in return spaces in some collateral and campaigns.
  4. Ensure you can continue to run legacy campaigns that are appearing as "Not Available."

Again, we sincerely apologize for any frustration or disruption to your business. We will notify you immediately as solutions are found and put into place.

We’re also in the process of tracking down answers to questions asked on the webinar that could not be resolved immediately. We’ll have a full report for you on this Friday’s Ambassador webinar.

Looking ahead, here’s what’s on the webinar schedule this week. And, don’t forget that we’re constantly adding new videos to the KW Technology section of KWConnect.

Have a great day!
Brenda Harralson and W. Cavin Weber
