Mobile app updates and answers to Ambassador FAQs

Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors! It's Friday, and time for your weekly update.

Multiple apps for agents in multiple Market Centers
If you're one of the few thousand KW agents who are currently active in more than one Market Center, you now have an app for each Market Center that you work in. While it's technically still the same app, you now have the ability to promote and share both brands with your clients. Each "app" has its own unique app code, download page URL and branding.

Answers to the top questions received during Ambassador webinars
Because we receive many of the same questions during each week's Ambassador webinar, we thought we'd share those - along with their answers - for you, all in one place.
  • Is this webinar being recorded? Yes, we record every Ambassador webinar and upload it to KWConnect within a few business days. 
  • Can I have a copy of these slides? Yes, we make all of our webinar slides available in the "Trainer Toolbox" which you can access through the KW Technology community. From the community toolbar, click Tools > Documents and navigate to the Trainer Toolbox folder.
  • How do I access the KW Technology Community? From your myKW.kw.com home page, click the myMarket Center Intranet link at the top of your myMarket Center News box. Then, click the CHANGE link next to your profile photo and select "KW Technology."
  • Why can't I access the KW Technology Community? In order to access the community you must (1) have an MC Tech Coordinator role assigned to you in White Pages and/or (2) be listed in the Technology Ambassador group in your Market Center's Intranet. If you don't see the CHANGE link in your Market Center Intranet and you are an MC Tech Coordinator and/or a Tech Ambassador, ask your Market Center's leadership to assist you.
  • I want to become an Ambassador; how do I go about that? Direct a member of your Market Center's leadership to this page for assistance.
  • Who do I contact if I need help? If you have questions about the Ambassador program, contact ambassadors@kw.com. If you have questions or trouble with any KW Technology products, contact support@kw.com.
