KW Technology Ambassador Update | May 19, 2014

Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!

Thanks to all of you who participated in last Friday’s Ambassador webinar. Here’s a recap of the agenda:
  1. System Performance Improvement
  2. WolfNet IDX Auto-provisioning
  3. KW is Now 100K Associates Strong!
  4. eEdge Neighborhood Search Enhancements
The slides from the webinar are available for download now. You'll need to be logged into Google Drive with your @kw.com email address in order to view the slides.

Several of you submitted questions about the new WolfNet IDX auto-provisioning process, and we have answers!

Q: For those MLS’ that we have to submit a form for permission does anything change?
A: Agents in these MLS’ still have to submit the same paperwork. The thing that has changed is that agents will not have to click the “Request WolfNet IDX” button in eAgentC Website Admin Took, section 4.1 to initiate the process.

Q: How do we know if our MLS has given the blanket approval?
A: Ask your MCA what is required for an agent to get WolfNet IDX, and specifically if there is any special paperwork that agents have to fill out to get WolfNet IDX.

Q: Did the WolfNet IDX email go out just to people that had not already have it hooked up to their account?  I did not get the email, but already had IDX hooked up.
A: It only went to agents who had never requested IDX before.

Q: Will the eAgentC page on myKW be updated to contain this information about WolfNet IDX auto-provisioning?
A: Yes, this page will be updated soon.

Q: Will the WolfNet Report on myKW be updated to show whose account is set up?
A: Yes, the reports will reflect accounts that have been activated, the same as before.

Q: How will agents get their WolfNet BackOffice login and password?
A: Agents will continue to receive the WolfNet IDX Welcome Email, as they have in the past.

Also, here’s what’s on the webinar schedule this week. And, don’t forget that we’re constantly adding new videos to the KW Technology section of KWConnect.

Make it a great day!
