KW Technology Ambassador Update | May 27, 2014

Greetings, KW Technology Ambassadors!
Thanks to all of you who participated in last Friday’s Ambassador webinar. Here’s a recap of the agenda:
1.       myTransactions Updates:
a.       When using myTransactions, you’ll notice that the header at the top of the screen has been pared down to include only a “Home” link back to myKW.kw.com. This is part of our effort to increase the performance of myKW and its connection to our partnering systems.
b.      Several enhancements have been made to the Broker Dashboard, allowing admins more flexibility in the way workflows are set up for their Market Centers. See the details here.
2.       Leadership Technology Setup Action Plans: Our training team recognizes the demand for more KW Technology training for our associates in leadership roles, and thus, we have created two new action plan templates, available in the “Library” tab in eEdge Action Plans.
a.       Technology Setup for Leadership in U.S.
b.      Technology Setup for Leadership in Canada
You can read more in last week’s webinar slides, available for download nowYou must be logged into Google with your @kw.com username in order to open these slides.

And, here are answers questions we received during last week’s webinar:

Q: Is there a way to upload our listings on KWLS BEFORE we put them on the MLS?
A: While we do not recommend this practice, yes, this is possible. Because the MLS ID field is required, you would need to include a fictitious MLS ID when entering the listing into KWLS.

Q: How can I see the KW Technology system components available only to leadership; I’ll need this in order to support those associates’ training needs.
A: We are working to expand the permissions of all of the demomc### logins to include a leadership role. Stay tuned for more on this change.

Here’s what’s on the webinar schedule this week. And, don’t forget that we’re constantly adding new videos to the KW Technology section of KWConnect.

Have a great day!
